Wade Phillips

Wade is a father and husband who loves to laugh, has a strong love for Christ, and wants to use what he knows best to help others. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida and has been a field manager in commercial and residential construction since 2015. Wade's North Carolina Home Inspection License number is 5582.

 

Wade's wealth of knowledge and experience in construction allows him to provide the best understanding of the current state of your home. He enjoys sharing his knowledge in an understandable way, which will give you confidence and peace of mind in your new home.

How does the process work?

The process to inspect your home is simple:

  • Step 1: Contact us and we will collect information about the home.

  • Step 2: Sign our inspection agreement which details expectations, obligations, and price.

  • Step 3: We inspect the home and will answer any questions you have.

  • Step 4: We send your report digitally and are available to answer any further questions.

We serve the Research Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill), the Triad (Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point) and surrounding areas. Counties include Wake, Orange, Durham, Forsyth, Guilford, Person, Alamance, Lee, Chatham, Randolph, Vance, Granville, Franklin and Caswell.

What Are Your Qualifications?

Our inspector, Wade Phillips, is a Licensed and Insured Home Inspector in North Carolina. He is an AHIT alumni and has a B.S. in Construction Management from the University of Florida.

 

Wade has built homes, apartments, hotels and restaurants during his construction career. But most importantly, Wade will answer your questions any time before after you receive your report.
